There are two studies that blew our minds. The first, coming from the New England Journal of Medicine, found that if your friend becomes obese, you have a 57% chance of becoming obese yourself...even if you live hundreds of miles away!
The second was a robotics class of ten at MIT, where four students became NASA astronauts. For reference, only 0.03% of applicants become astronauts.
Clearly the proximity effect is important -- we will rise and fall to the level of those around us.

Time inventories! Do you feel like you never have enough time to accomplish everything? Not just at the office, in life. Laundry. Meal prep. Post on LinkedIn. Exercise. Pick up your kid's prescriptions.
Inventory every single thing you spend time on for 2-3 weeks. If it isn't adding joy to your life or is below the value of your time, find a way to automate or outsource.
